Terms of Service

1. Service description

RenderMix ("the Service"), accessible at rendermix.app, is an AI console for image and video generation built on third-party AI providers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Outputs are produced by third-party AI models; we make no representation or warranty that any output is original, non-infringing, or free of third-party intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights, and you are solely responsible for how you use it — including verifying the underlying model's licence, as some models are licensed for non-commercial use only. The operator may suspend or terminate any account, and may add, change, or remove models, features, providers, or pricing, at any time, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Prohibited content

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or store:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. Such accounts are permanently banned and reported.
• Any depiction of minors (real or fictional, photorealistic or stylised), including but not limited to anime sub-genres such as loli and shotacon. The upstream provider applies a documented zero-strike policy on this category.
• Deepfakes or non-consensual sexual imagery depicting real, identifiable individuals (public or private, living or deceased).
• Likenesses of real people in any context (celebrities, public figures, influencers, private individuals — living or deceased), including their names appearing in prompts. The upstream provider's content policy (effective May 2025) prohibits this category platform-wide.
• Copyrighted or trademarked material reproduced in prompts — including song lyrics, dialogue, brand names, the names of trademarked characters, or any text that names a real artist together with a known work. You are solely responsible for holding the rights to anything you submit; we do not pre-screen every prompt for such material, and upstream providers may block or penalise it.
• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the operator's jurisdiction.
• Content intended to harass, defame, or impersonate a specific person.

RenderMix is a SFW (safe-for-work) service: explicit / adult (18+) generation is not supported, and prompts for it are blocked before any credits are charged.

Enforcement. Prompts that an upstream provider blocks for content-policy reasons (such as real-person likeness, minors, or other categories above) may lead to suspension of your RenderMix account — up to and including immediate suspension on the first occurrence for the most serious categories (minors or real-person likeness) — without refund of any unused credits. Suspensions can be appealed by contacting the operator (see Contact below).

4. Backend providers

The Service routes generation requests to third-party AI providers. By using RenderMix you also agree to comply with those providers' terms of service. Violations may result in account termination on either side, and a violation that suspends or restricts the upstream account is a material breach of these terms.

5. Payments

Credit bundles are paid through the payment methods made available at checkout. These currently include cryptocurrency (on-chain) and Telegram Stars, and may be expanded over time (for example, СБП bank transfer). The methods available to you, and their exact terms, are always shown at checkout before you pay and are credited automatically after confirmation; that checkout display is authoritative. Where cryptocurrency is offered, we accept only the following (token, network) combinations:

• USDC on Polygon, Arbitrum One, or Base
• USDT on Polygon or Arbitrum One

Payments sent on any other network (including, but not limited to, Ethereum mainnet, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche, Solana, Tron) are not credited automatically, will not add credits to your balance, and are not refundable. Payments in any token other than USDC or USDT on the supported networks are likewise not credited and not refundable. It is your responsibility to confirm the network and token in your wallet before submitting a transaction.

Payments are final once confirmed; cryptocurrency in particular is technically irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Credits — used or unused — are non-refundable, including on account suspensions under §3 and on upstream provider blocks of submitted prompts. Any exception is entirely at the operator's sole discretion and may be considered only where a documented technical malfunction on our side caused the loss and the issue is reported within 7 days of the transaction with the transaction hash. Changes to the model catalogue, pricing, features, or providers, and the discontinuation or substantial change of any individual model or capability, are an ordinary part of the Service and do not give rise to a refund. Except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived, no refunds are offered; nothing in these terms is intended to limit any non-waivable statutory right you may have.

An invoice expires 60 minutes after creation. For on-chain payments, underpayment within that window keeps the invoice open until the remainder arrives, and overpayment is not credited beyond the bundle purchased; one invoice grants one bundle's credit allotment at the listed price. Credits add to your balance and never expire.

6. Account use & suspension

Your account is for your own personal use. You may not share, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer your account, login credentials, or credits to any third party, operate an account on behalf of others, or pool or resell access to the Service (including through group-buy or "складчина"-style arrangements). We may suspend any account, and may void credits obtained or used in violation of this section, without refund.

We may disable your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law, or if continued service exposes the operator to material risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty and the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of generated outputs, lost data, or downtime. Total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim, except for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you a non-waivable right to your local courts or law, which these terms do not seek to override.

10. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your prompts, your use or publication of generated outputs, or your breach of these terms.
